Située au coeur du domaine du Petit Livry, l'Annexe vous enchantera tant par son coté traditionnel que moderne. Sa rénovation totale date de l'été 2022.

A l'étage, 3 chambres desservies par un couloir ainsi que d'un petit salon avec un lit une place et une salle d'eau avec WC.

Au rez de chaussée, une très grande salle d'eau, un WC indépendant, une salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte, un petit garde manger et un salon avec un accès sur une terrasse et le jardin. L'ensemble des ouvrants sont neufs et en double vitrage. L'isolation est totale dans le grenier et le chauffage (Option chauffage en supplément selon température extérieure)ainsi  que la production d'eau chaude sont produits par une grosse chaudière automatique à pellets.
